Refund Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project.
  • Additional payments may be refundable if cancelled before design development, travel finalization, or staff scheduling.
  • Transaction fees may apply.
Rescheduling Policy
Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the procedure. Deposit transfers to new date, subject to availability.
  • Client is responsible for any airline change fees if travel was already arranged.
Medical Eligibility
All sedation procedures require prior medical evaluation. The clinic reserves the right to:
  • Postpone the procedure
  • Offer alternative arrangements
  • Reschedule the appointment
Missed Appointments
No-shows without prior notice are considered missed sessions and may result in:
  • Loss of the booking deposit
  • Additional rescheduling fees
